Purchased base AMC for the water purifier recently, transferred the charges instantly. Requested for service. Almost two days gone, no one has turned up to do the service and the status still showing "Open" and Unassigned. Numerous calls were made to their toll free number, the answer I get is the same stereo type. Sent mails, even one to the Eureka HO, but none has taken the issue seriously. The hopeless attitude, utmost negligence, irresponsible approach is deplorable.
Worst service I ever had. Don't buy AMC or any product of Eureka Forbes. They don't even care about negative feedbacks. I would have complaint in consumer court. No option for less than 1 star, or else I would have given -5.
