I bought a Water purifier from Eureka forbes -Aquaguard-on 9th Sept at Chennai
this is the worst possible after sales network for any consumer durable product I know
they are yet to reach me the Sales invoice in original after 32 days of buying till now, despite several no of follow ups with teh sales officer who took the order.
I hv not known anyone in the earth will take so much time to give invoice to the customer after the product is sold
this is absloute madness
when contacted customer care no thro 39883333, the care executive is very carelessly answering that they will take 1 more week to react on this
absloute disgrace to the customers
product may be good, but the attitude of after sales service is too bad in current competitive market scenario
will the concerned guys take care of this reckless delayed sleeping attitude of such team at chennai
and take care of the customers immediately
