I have purchased this product Dec last year, I just tried it for for 2-3 minutes initially it looked fine that time. But later on wen I thought of using it its just worked for 5 minutes even on LOW settings. Every time I have to wait for 5 minutes before using it for 2-3 minutes.
I logged a complaint with the customer care, there response was good , "sorry sir, your query will get resolved in next 24 hrs", but nobody came on calling them again they say we will send somebody in next 24 hrs every time. But till date nobody came.
This is a worst product which didn't work and just waste of money. I am thinking of going to consumer court, If any body could help me with this.
