Eureka Forbes needs no introduction as it is one of the best companies in its field. Going by the mentioned fact I decided to buy its vacuum cleaner. To be honest I used it for only 2 weeks. As in the first week itself the wires were pulled out and since then they are not getting sucked in. Though I bought it for domestic purposes but it fails to deliver. Since the starting it has a heavy sound and a burning smell, which makes one wonder that something from inside is burning. Also the pipes which are of not very good quality were broken into pieces on the starting day itself. Also the suction work is not done properly. Honestly it generates so much amount of heat that it could melt its front plastic panel. On calling the service center for replacement they wont answer most of the time. Though the product on paper looks very good but it does not perform aat all. So look for other alternatives. Thank you.
