We owned a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner (dry) and have got it swapped with a new Wet and dry vacuum cleaner by paying extra money. The new machine is good with certain new features. It has 2 layers of air filter while using it. This is only for dry use. The machine is also good for wet use, it helped me clean my over head tank and sump but not at all useful for car wash as illustrated in the outer box or manual. Also, the manual does not explain the operating procedure in detail. I tried calling the customer care and requested them to send a person for demo after I bought the machine but they only promised to revert but did not actually happen. The same attitude I have experienced with other Eureka Forbes products like Aqua Guard, but these guys can work well only if we lay pressure by calling them multiple times and sometimes a shout is necessary.
The machine is not as easy to handle as the previous model but I should keep in mind the extra features this one has got. Overall if you have to rate, this machine is good but Rs.9000 is not worth the features it comes with or the tasks it will help you in.
