I purchased Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner from Mr. Kolambi  who gave a demo in Pune. After purchasing, the service was very poor. Till demo he displayed good care but once the product was delivered he hasn't give me an original receipt & warranty card.


Also he dared to tell me to complain to his boss. When contacted his boss "Sachin Lohar"  he also hasn't replied back to my complaint for over 10 days.


I would refrain from purchasing any product from Eureka as they have the worst attitude towards customer service and only running behind achieving sales target.
