I had the misfortune of buying this product by exchanging my old Vacuum cleaner. I shud have read these reviews first before buying. I bought my machine(Wet and Dry model) after a sales person called on us. These people are like Robots who speak the same vocabulary to all clients and do lots of sugar talking and convince the customer in opting for the product. While the product is delivered, on up front payment, till to date I have not got the User manual and the warranty card.


When I call the sales guy on his Mobile( one Krishnan) he says he will deliver the same.without even asking my name and address. I have given the complaint with the customer care numbers.no use. Pretty strange the product manual is not packaged within the box.


Eureka Forbes always takes into Guerrilla Marketing, they just take one area over the weekend and make cold calls to all the homes and somehow manage to sell their products to unsuspecting customers who gives into smooth talking.


Even today I made a call to the sales guy, he promised me that it will be delivered tomm.another promise meant to broken.


I really wonder what kind of core leadership this company has, which do not take customer service seriously.
