We purchased Eureka Forbes cleaner around three years back. Until we purchase the cleaner the company representative roamed around our home and when we purchased this cleaner from him he promised that he will visit again and will explain the working process of the cleaner through his demo. But I am sorry to say, till now he did not returned and even not attended our call. We simply opened the cartoon and up to our knowledge started using the product. Cleaning with this product is easy but still we don't know the use of some tools provided by the company laying useless in the cartoon box. After usage of this product, the cleaning of mesh and inside parts is some what complex and laborious but still o k for me. The appearance is also good and accessibility to clean the house with this product is also nice. Till now, we have not approached service person as there is no service related complaint on this product.
