We got euro clean turbo vaccum cleaner 2 years ago in bangalore .and we were using it just from 2m . I feel it is easy to clean but at the same it gives very bad noise from the machine and some times it causes me head ache .I am just using this because it will suck the fine dust..
Now I am residing in goa. Recently my vaccum cleaner flexible hose has gone there was break while it is operating.
I have given a complaint one month ago (in the month of novemer 2011 )( my customer id 1004828054 this reference no is just for the euroca forbes people who reads it ) still it is not resolved . one person came after 1 week of complaint registration and asked for the problem and I showed him , then he went . On the same day another person has come asking for the problem again I told the same to him . When I asked for the part he said that flexible hose part should come from puna it may take one week .I was waiting for it to come . but still I didn't get it .no body have come . its already 15 days over.
Next regarding their online service request
Just for the name sake they have kept step 1, 2, 3, 4 when we are trying to put for the next step it will appear on the screen is that still it is in progress.If u register the complaint after some days one person will come just visit the house and goes .no action will be taken .poor poor worst customer service they have .
conclusion-: Before u buy the product first u check out for the customer care service and their responses and then buy the product .My suggestion is that don't buy the product from the eureka forbes ltd as they have poor and worst service for the customer request .Especially in goa do not buy it or take any service from them .IF at all u want the service then u have to wait for at least 2-3months . good bye to eureka forbes ltd
After two moths I got a new one and I was using it . Again just with in a month it has gone.I am fed up in complaining them and wait for another 3-4 months.good bye
