I purchased EUREKA FORBES Vacuum cleaner about two months ago. From the very first month itself, I was getting burning smell from it. After a usage of more then 15 min continuously you could hear a strange noise coming from it and a not so comfortable smell. The body is made of plastic and it is also not properly molded. There is also not a permanent dust collector bag. As mentioned it has a very loud noise not suitable if you have small kids in the house. Also it heats up very quickly. Also the plastic materials with are of very low quality and gets damaged easily. When called the customer service they told me that I myself had to bring it to the center as no home service for this product were provided by them. Not at all satisfied with this product. So I wont recommend it. Thank you.
