Every year they recommend us to change the filter and force us to take AMC which will be cheaper and they tell that any problem comes in that AMC they will do free of cost. But taking AMC it is worst. I had made complaint for the Water Purifier problem which is not working. But no body had turned up since 3 days. I have made several complaints and escalation by calling the customer care but still no body have come. If we tell that we will take AMC they will come within one hour because they are getting money but after AMC they wont care at all. I am spending money for getting the drinking water from outside even after having AMC.
Worst Product. Recommended not to buy Aquaguard Products.
