I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier last year. 2 weeks back it malfunctioned. I have made numerous complaints but to no avail. On their website they have escalation options but they don't work. Apparently They just want to sell your the machine and after that they don't care.
If you are planning to buy something from Eureka Forbes be ready for frustration as far as service is concerned.
I had a purifier from Eureka Forbes earlier and I now realize that they are very prompt to come and sell you their AMC but when the machine breaks down they don't care about you. Even their IVR is in a sad state. I hope the company pulls up its socks because at one time they were a respected company and people would buy their products blindfolded. But if they continue with this kind of service I don't think the future for this company is very bright,
I don't understand why we have to type 400 words minimum out here. It seems to be an arbitrary number and a terrible waste of time to keep thinking of stuff to write.
I am done writing and I have nothing more to write. I wish this site would review their policy about 400 words as I feel it is a bit tooo long. I guess upto 100 words should suffice. As a famous man once said'You don't have to eat the whole apple to know it is bad'
I guess by now I would have completed my quota of 400 words but still the submit review button is not being highligted
