I bought a Aquasure Prime(UV+UF) on 24th of February 2015 and on 25th it was installed. The installation was just done in few minutes and signed on the installation report without testing water, as the service engr asked to drain the first tank and it would take 45 minutes, I Said ok.
Later when I tasted, the water it is giving a foul smell, When I called the engr, he suggested me to drain some more water. I did so, but the situation improved a very littel, water taste was foul. when I called again, he told to give a online complain. I did so.
Later a call from service engr came, he asked me to do the same for one more day, I told ok, after a day, I called, another service engr came and checked the system.
as he opened the purifer, he found the smell coming from over heating of UV lamp, hence the smell is coming, he talk to his senior but his senior told that after 2 days they will be back.
After that I talk to dealer for help and also many seniors of service for help and also complained online, but no result yet.
one of the senior told, its not a problem, I have asked the local service engr, he will go with a lemon and wast the chamber with lemon, and the problem will be solved soon. I told that the technician have already checked and told there is over heating of UV lamp, but he said, its not a problem, that is only 8 watt lamp, and cant over heat.
I m still waiting for the man to come and solve my problem.
The hell with Aquasure prime, never buy any product from aquaguard
very poor service.
