The first installation took a week after a big fight with the customer service. I don't know about the service after a year, since the installation itself took about 8 days even though they commit the turn around time they commit is 48 hours. No escalations possible. Always to the same service team. They track the no of times we call, but will commit like, some of one will attend before 12. Next time they say before 5 Pm. If you call at 5 Pm, they will say next day before 12 Pm and goes on like that.:(
