Ordered Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflow from an online shopping website and right now struggling to get it installed. The product was delivered around a week back and in the installation details on the website, it was mentioned free installation by Eureka Forbes. This was also confirmed by the shopping website over phone.
However, when I called their number 02239883333, a lady from their company informed me that installation is charged at 350 bucks! She said it is free only if one orders from Eureka Forbes website! Why is it still displayed on several shopping websites that free installation is provided with the product? Either these websites or Eureka Forbes need to update the details. Anyway, I agreed to pay the charges and asked her to schedule an appointment. No one has responded for last 3 days since then.
Their call centre is one of the poorest to help the customer. The message "This call may be recorded." is followed by "We remain your friends for life" and the call gets cut.This is ridiculous system of customer handling. I had registered an installation request on their website already 4 days back but there was neither an acknowledgement, nor did anyone call from the company. Guess it is a mistake choosing this brand. Not sure what lies ahead.!
