Extremely Bad service is all I Can say. Sales people talk a lot but once the sale is done its all over. I was promised a Life time free service by the sales person He had even given it in writting. But when we called for servicing they refused to the free of cost service.
They were not even ready to acknowledge the written commitment by their sales guy. The sales Guy is no longer there. Worst the candle which was given to us was fake.
But all they promised is to look into the matter. What a pathatic way to serve the customer. All I can say is lets go to Consumer Court. But frankly we all are so busy that we have no time. But frankly I hope these people are reading this & will take some action. Weil Today All I can say is that I am changing the Product shortly. There is absouletely no use of that a product where Sales Guys talk 7 even give in writing !! but it has no value. If I were you I woun't let Auqaguard Sales guy step in again !! not only in my House but also in our soceity premises.
