I actually wanted to write a review of the good service that I have received from this company but could not find the correct forum. All seem to be for different products by the company. Anyway, I have an i-Nova water purifier by Eureka Forbes installed in 2006. Before this also I had Aquaguard by the same company which I exchanged since it had become old.
There have been no problems with either the product or the company. I have taken an AMC with the company for its maintenance. The service person comes right on schedule, even calls if he calls and we are not at home. This thie when the AMC became due for renewal (about 2 weeks ago), the service chap came home on his own to renew it and also service the filter. Not only this, the same chap has been coming as to service the item so we have even got to know him well. As for me, if I ever have to change my filter, I am going to go for Eureka Forbes.
