Not once but twice I have bought eureka forbes water purifier and I am very unhappy after first year service gets over they come with an amc plan where you have to pay half the cost that you paid for the purchase of the unit, i.e. 2950 for 2 year amc, for a unit that I paid 5850. Also, there is no guarantee that these guys would ever come.
I say don't buy this product.
