Post sales service of Eureka Forbes is pathetic. It was not that bad till few years ago. I have an online purifier. Due to service problem I bought offline purifier. Even offline purifier has problems and no one attends. I registered a complaint on 05 March 2014. After a week I gave a reminder call. Nothing happened till date. I do not bother for the money spent but water is essential. If I can manage for several weeks without such purifiers then why to pay money and make the company owners rich. To make these rich people accountable, I am going to give them legal notice and thereafter, file complaint against them in consumer court. Legal remedy in India is a slow and frustrating option. But better than doing nothing.
