Terrible TERRIBLE service. I have placed a service request with Aquaguard since 11 days now. The Customer service on the phone promises attendance within 2 working days every time I call them, but no one ever calls back from the service center. I placed reminder calls, and again the customer service promised urgent attention in one day, but as always, no one from servicing calls up.
And what's more interesting: the customer service exec actually does not sound surprised at all! It appears that they expect this kind of thing! There are fake apologies, sympathy for the 'trouble' etc, but it looks like they are well aware of this service problem, and are fine with it.
Looks like Eureka Forbes has knowingly started winding down on service. (Some cost-cutting idea?) Sales are important, service be damned! With similar experience from neighbors and friends, I am now looking to buy a non-Eureka Forbes water purifier product.
Please be well-informed of this when you think of purchasing water purifiers.
