Product - Aquaguard iNOVA under AMC
AMC is very expensive
Service is not prompt
First service was done after six months under AMC.
Post first service the filtered water was coming muddy.
The filters were supposed to be replaced immediately by the company under AMC.
The service personnel who was a very senior technician claims the muddy water was still good enough to drink.
Shocked to hear so form a supposedly qualified technician, I called up the customer support, who were equally abusive. The whole team does not understand what water purification process is all about. Any system which can't filter even visible particles can't be expected to filter out bacteria and viruses, let alone dissolved heavy metals and such. Yet, instead of replacing poorly functioning filters, the company certified that the water was still safe enough to drink.
It looks like we are simply paying them a fixed sum for doing nothing.
