We had pruschased the Water purifier a year ago. Imemdiately after a couple od days after installation, the machine would not start. so we got a replacement. That was a bigger nightmare. Thats the last time they replaced the machine. and the machine which is actually just a box is lying with us.
The water constantle leaks and floods our room. It never starts up. Even worse is the service. everytime they come, instead of fixing the same, they spoil it further, leave incorrect cell phone numbers with customers and abscond. If Eureka forbes wants to stay in the market, they need to clean their act, spend more funds in the manufacturing of such machines and in training their service representatives. Im glad the market is filled with new products and we as customers can choose what we want. Please see that incase you are planning to be a water purifier, it should never never be an AGUA GUARD
