I bought this is 2001 and it has been in continuous use for all those 6 years thereafter. Having lived at various places in different cities with different water quality, it has been a boon with a small kid at home.
Even with all those shifting, never had an issue with the installation or support from the vendor at any of those cities.The water at home was one thing we have always trusted and it has lived upto it too.
We have ensured we have an AMC for the product through out and that has ensured that the filter is cleaned regularly as well as the cune unit is replaced at regular intervals.
We had instances where the PCB went bad (twice) and in one case it was replaced in few hours and in the other in the same day.
Overall extremely happy that I bought this product and would certainly continue to use / recommend it.
