Product itself is not that bad. But the Customer Service is worst. I am fed up of these people. they are only bothered about getting the AMC(Annual maintenance contract) renewed every year and thats the only time they show up promptly.
You need to call these service people repeatedly before anyone shows up, which will be not less than after ten calls. And once they show up, most of these guys are not compitent enough to do regular maintenance work. I have some experiences that these service folks showed up at my place without proper equipment. I an really fed up.
And believe me, these local service guys "Krishna Chaitanya Service" from Hyderabad are even worst. I once had this experience that they tried to replace my sediment filter with a used sediment filter. Can you guys beleive that.
