I have bought a Total Sensa purifier a month back.
The person who came to install the machine told us nothing and now the machine is not working. I have been calling customer care number everyday. I have been given different complaint number by different executives but no one actually turning up to actually attend my complaint.
Even if someone turns up he says part has to be replaced... and never came back.
Its been just fifteen days the instrument has been installed and it leaks all over the place and fills up even if dont turn the machine on.
Whenever I call up to Eureka helpline they apologise for the inconvenience and over again.
I dont know the service fate on other places but if this happening in Bangalore it should be worst in small and semi-urban places.
I just read from the internet for all the bad reviews about aqua guard service and realized that it was my mistake that I went ahead with Eureka forbes.
It took them only 10 -15 min to arrange a demo. But now the machine is not working and you are not even bothered and the service is extremely pathetic I should say.
My complaint number 63721608 and it has been more than week I have registered the complaint
"NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM EUREKA FORBES"

Hi All again,
Today they got my machine replaced with a brand new one,
Special Thanks to Mr. Nagabushan service head of South India region and to MR Ravishankar.
And with this I actually came to know the disection and working mechanism of TOTAL SENSA here is the description of it :
It Auto Detects TDS (Total dissolved solids) and then decides the course of action.
It then biforcates water to RO (water with more TDS) and to UF (water with less TDS)
It then does a Ulta-Voilet purification (UV) before actually filling up in the tank.
Its working Fine Now as said before Special Thanks to Mr. Nagabushan
And my complaint has been take up from this site and from this review and everything in this site was noticed THANK YOU MOUTHSHUT.COM
