I had purchased an Aquagaurd Sensa Total Machine marketed by EurekaFobes from their dealer in chandrapur and the same was installed on 23 September.09.
Right from the time it was installed the water that was coming out was very bitter and because of this it was difficult to drink. I then called up their service engineer to check and rectify the problem. They did come not once but 4 times and every time they used to experiment and go away leaving the problem as it was.
At last they changed the RO membrane with a low TDS membrane after experimenting for over a month, but the very next morning much to my surprise the machine started overflowing, putting aside their claims of automatic filling and cut off when the storage container fills and empties
After repeated calling the service engineer, he at last made an appearance, but as usual he could not solve the problem and left after saying that they would take the machine back to their office and repair it.
I wonder now as to want they were experimenting for the past two months.
My complaints on the net to aquaguard have so far seen no light.
It’s an irony that a company like eurekafobes cannot deliver results and sends such defective machines in the market and to add to this their service engineers instead of rectifying the problem believe in complicating the same.
When will the companies dealing with Home appliances and such essential and vital systems like water purifiers, show more responsibility and concern to their customers problems.
Can one believe that a machine which develops problems right from installation will function properly and deliver safe and pure water. Is it not playing with the Health & trust of their customers?
Is the customer to blame for having trust and buying their machines?
Will some one come forward from the company and say okay we are at fault and will replace the unit or will they keep playing with the trust of its customers.Some questions which Eureka Forbesmust answer.
Do buy the machine if you want your home to be turned into a research laboratory and if you do not care about the quality of water you drink, cos if you buy the machine you will have to get used drinking unpurified water for a couple of days as the machine will go for a breakdown.
Now I know why the call it Aquagaurd Sensa Total as it makes you totally senseless by the amount of breakdowns and shatter your very confidence in the product.
