We have a LG side by Side fridge with water dispenser. Sales person mentioned that you can connect water purifier and there are no issues. Product installed and service person says you cannot connect total sensa to fridge. There is a huge disconnect between sales and service folks.
Sales person never returned calls. His Team Lead also stopped returning calls and Sales Manager Jagdeesh - 9700004101 stopped responding.

I ended up contacting their CEO Aslam Karmali, Eureka Forbes CEO, email: aslam.k@eurekaforbes.com, telephone number: 022-30449817
and got some response. He directed the issue with some senior staff members and they responded right away. They are currently suggesting a newer model aquaguard invisipure and hopefully that will take care of the issue. I will keep you all posted.
CEO is responding but not their Branch Managers/Sales Managers. That needs to change.
