The most bogus of services is aquaguards. Now they dont have my customer id, my mobile no. anything and I go around like a donkey filling up forms leaving my office work. Please come and repair my aquaguard total reviva. What do you want me to do? Beg at your feet...cry my heart out. Kill myself to get heard.
First of all after the product was installed, aquaguard was supposed to call me after 3 months to do servicing. But forget calling, when I called them, they dont have my data.
No mobile no.
No phone no.
No address.
They cannot search by name.
And I dont know my customer id because they never smsed me, never emailed me, never called me.
And I am supposed to suffer like wretched fellow. And they are enjoying my helplessness.
Its a shame that after reading so much about the worst possible service that aquaguard has acheived to offer to the customers, I still went for it. The product is good. the water taste is nice. But they have left the whole sales department in the hands of a bunch of animals who are ruining the good will of the company. But who will make them understand. The call center lady who picked my phone call seems to be speaking spanish or french. If I say one thing she understands something else. Utter frustration is the only output that will result from buying aquaguard products
