Bought in June 2009 for Rs 10000.
No Maintenance required – Just change the filters.
I am happy with the product. Its simple, easy to use.
Good thing is its storage which is very useful.
I heard a lot that service is a problem with this company. But I have always got good support whenever I have called any service guy for some regular service.
I never faced any problem with service deptt.
Only thing is you need to find out their correct number for contact.
But their filter is very costly.. Rs 3600.
Change it after getting checked by service guys , also send water sample to lab to test impurities before changing filter. If your filter is more than 1 yr old, the service guy comes, he will by default ask you to change filter even if you have used it for just 4 months.
It’s a good choice.
