I had a one year old Aquaguard Gold Nova at my house and when we bought an Aquaguard Econo RO system, we moved the Gold Nova to my parent's place. I checked with the technician who came to fit the RO system if they have service in Nagercoil and he said 'Yes'.
So now when they connected it at my parent's place and turned the power ON, it starts beeping with a flickering red light. I would like to know what went wrong with the system. I called Customer care at 3899 3333 and talked to a female analyst called Gomathy and after a long wait back and forth she told that there is no service available in Nagercoil. I would like to know how do you even sell products there, if you don't have an option for service? Is it true that they don't have a servicing option in Nagercoil? So what has to be done to get the Gold Nova system fixed?
Why is it that they keep coming behind us to sell the products and disappear once they have all our money?
