Bought Enhance model from Eureka Forbes guys in Aug 2011. Initially we were satisfied with the product but our problems started after using it regularly. First of all we cannot clean the storage space with out lifting the entire unit from the wall and have to fix it again. Since the design itself is such a way that one cannot drain the water completely and Aquaguard guys ask you to clean storage tank every fortnight as if mounting and unmounting the appliance on the wall is so easy task.
Otherwise be ready to compromise on the cleanliness of the water in the storage tank. The other nightmare using this model is, the lid for this model allows a gap which facilitates ants to find their way into the storage tank water. When contacted about this, the executive said since the water tastes sweet it is but natural for ants to find their way into water and suggested us to use laxman rekha around the appliance from time to time which is highly insane as the chances of the chalk powder falling into the water ishigh with its loosely fit lid on the top.
Till date this problem is not solved and when contacted the executives say we are questioning their design which they cannot help. Thay cannot exchange the appliance or buy back so that we can go to better model. Inthat case who asked them to suggest us the model. So people who are staying in colder areas think twice before you purchace ENHANCE water purifier from Aquaguard as the risk of ants is too much there or the houses where ants are prone
