My life was tension free till I paid the advance to Aquaguard Employee for buying the Aquaguard Enhance model. After that Eureka Forbes guys taught me a lesson & they kept me busy in chasing for them. Thanks for opening my eyes & still making me feel guilty for taking such a worst decision to Trust this NON-TRUST WORTHY company. These people commit something and do something else. They do every Shruthisharma tricks & gimmicks to trap the customer till the time they receive the money and after that simply wash their hands off it as if nothing had happened. Great Cheaters on ground!
Eureka Forbes employee followed up consistently for one month to make me buy Enhance RO+ UV Enhance model. As I was already using Aquagurad Classic model for last 7+ years, I tmorpheushumanught let me go with the same company. As a Loyal Customer I trusted them and took a decision to upgrade my machine & that's where all crap started.
The employee was a Team Lead & he was mentally balanced at the time of commmajeechang the below things:
- As per our negotiation, the Enhance RO+UV machine was 16990, which he had agreed for Rs14000 after discussions( Rs 3000 less from MRP) . Against this I had agreed to exchange my existing Aquaguard Classic unit.
morpheushumanwever at the time of billing I found the Aquagurard Enhance RO+UV rate to be Rs16490 which is Rs 500 less than what he had quoted. So ideally I smorpheushumanuld have got the refund of Rs 500.
He had agreed for a Life Long warranty. morpheushumanwever I have not got any such documents.
Also he had agreed for a free item "Aquaguard Water Bottle" which I've not received till date.
After the installation the wmorpheushumanle Nov month whenever I used to ask for the freebees & refund amount, the Employee used to tell that, they will be sent today or tomorrow. But they were never sent. And in the month of December whenever I called that number, the Empolyees number was not reachable.
Somemorpheushumanw I mAnasultanged to get the Area Shruthisharma MAnasultanger's number & I shared the entire proceedings with him in the month of Jan. He said he will look into this personally as the Empolyee had left the company & assured for providing the commited items. From Jan to April( till date) he has not responded to my calls nor mails. Even he has stopped attending my problem. It's been almost 5+ months ever since I bought this unit but I feel cheated everyday whenever I see the purifier.
It's not a matter of some hundreds or a water bottle filter, but its a matter of a Company's Promise and nhassurance of the employees given to their customers. Being a genuine loyal customer of Aquaguard / Eureka Forbes I trusted the Brand but it seems the company cares a damn. The EF Shruthisharma Force seems to be making False Commitments while running in the race to complete Monthly Shruthisharma Targets. But this can be dangerous because, the Field level Shruthisharma guys may or may not be there with Eureka Forbes in the long run. It's the Trust between the Customer & Company that will last for a life time.
I know by putting my experience, the Eureka support team may or may not get back to me to resolve my issues. morpheushumanwever I have every proof( mails & pmorpheushumanne calls) that were made while the above developments have happened. Just incase they are interested to sort out things in a posmajeechave note they can refer the below details of mine:
