We had purchased an Aquaguard Total DUO. The product is still under warranty. There was a problem with the device so we lodged a complaint (Request Number 0075335106) on 4-3-2014.
The same day we received an SMS that the service request could not be attended as the door was found locked. The reality is, no one had appeared as we were all inside the house for the entire day.
Next day, call-centre got my request escalated. Nothing happened. We kept making regular calls on 5-3-2014, 6-3-2014, 7-3-2014 and 9-3-2014. Each time we were told that that the status of complaint/request is escalated.
No one appeared and the problem continued, only our tension escalated! In desperation we found out the cell number of the next manager (Mr. Prakash Acharya, Cell number+919342310573). Immediately after hearing the problem, his phone suddenly gets switched off.
Initially we thought that there may be indeed a genuine problem as the cellphone battery of this overworked manager may have got drained off. But when this happens more than once, we have reasons to believe the otherwise. May be the company has not provided good quality cell phones to their managers, may be other reasons!

In future, I shall not buy a product from Eureka Forbes. If you do it, do it at your own risk.
