I have bought this Aquaguard duo by September end of 2013. Till they sell this product they will talk nicely. They will call you and reach you multiple times. So you will belivee that the product is good and the brand name "Eureka Forbes" and "Aquaguard" will make your mind that this is a best product.
Similarly I too got this thought and I bought this for 19K. I worked fine for a month. After a month the problem starts. I have raised the first complaint on 1Nov 2013. After multiple call backs I found that the ticket is closed without attending the complaint. Then the customer care executives told that they have escalated the issue to higher levels and gave the local service center manager's number. After a lot of callbacks to the customer care, local service center and 2 or 3 visits to the local service center, the service person reached me for the first time on 20th Nov 2013 for the complaint I have raised on 1st Nov 2013.
The service person got a signature saying that the complaint is resolved and they have closed the ticket. But the the same night the same problem happened again. The second time they told that the water in my area is not good and they have installed an additional external filter and charged me 1000 rupees. But that too didn't give a solution for my problem. I have contacted the customer care, local service center, service center manager, Trichy Area manager and the Area Sales manager. But nobody has given a permanent solution for my machine.

By paying 19K, I just used the machine for a month and it is in a problematic status since 2.5 months.
For the example of the worst service provider you can mention the name as "Eureka Forbes".
Since the problem happened to me just after a month of purchase and the service person was not able to solve the issue I asked for a replacement of the product. For that every one is saying that we cant do this.
I am planning to take this issue to the consumer court.
