A sincere appeal please think before buying any AuquaGuard Duo. No after sales service for the product. The feed back from customer care is horrible. Every time you register the complaint a new service number is generated without any track of previous records.
Moreover, no future followup with customer (customer satisfaction etc). The helpline person tells us to followup with service manager. No single point contact for any complaints. Please don't buy the product even if it is offered for free of cost.
