With my experience on service from Eureka forbes, not recommended for any aqua guard products. The Sales persons will touch with you until they are selling their product, but not after. They make false promises, and sell their product. I taken “aqua guard Duo” Model price of Rs 14000 on Aprial 2012, from guy name called Swamy (9632772804), Marthahalli area, Bangalore.
The sales person will not lift the calls at all, and I called their customer service center to resolve my tap leaking issue and filter problems. Customer service center persons say that, they will respond to our request within 24 hours, they won’t respond even 24 days too. Getting the service from their company is horrible. My situation about my product is kept at aside, because not working product.
Please think twice before going for product.
