I had booked Aqua guard Total Duo and was delivered on 18th August 2012, Saturday. Sales person promised installation that the same day installation would happen, but the service person did not come. After that onwards I have been following up with Aqua gaurd customer service at the rate of one complaint request per day (Please find the details below). Every call promise me with utmost sincerity that the service person will be available by the same day of my complaint or the next day for installation but there is still no sign of service person.
Seeing the continuity of false promises I have lost hope with the customer care services because of their false promises. I hope this review will fall in their ears and installation will happen.
I would also like to know the detailed reason for delay and why false commitment for 3 consecutive days.

I had ordered it through the pallavaram branch, Chennai, TamilNadu. I am staying in east Tambaram. If any of the readers had similar experience with Eureka Forbes and have escalated to the higher authorities please let me know the procedure.
Update: I have stopped my cheque issued to Eureka Forbes citing no service provided by them after informing the customer care through phone and email, I have also requested them sincerely to take back the delivered equipment that they have delivered through the later said communications.
