We are using sensa for last 1 year (living in Brookefields, Bangalore). Customer service person came for yearly service and candles replacements 5 days back. He changed candles etc but did not do something right as it sensa started leaking . We had kitchen full of water in the morning.
When we called again and raised the complaint no one turned up for last 4 days. Still managing with this problem. It is not our first bad experience with these incompetent lazy useless people.
i advise people to not to buy their products.
