I bought an Aquaguard Sensa more than 2 years back after being conned by their sales person who said that the 2 year warranty is getting over in the next few days (warranty will be only for 1 year thereafter) and hence I need to buy it immediately. From that time onward, I have never had a good experience with Eureka Forbes. While the product is supposed to be serviced 3 times every year (if I am not mistaken) free of cost, I have never ever received a call from Eureka Forbes reminding me of the service dates though they claim to always remind their customers proactively. It is therefore you who have to remember when your product will need service and never expect Eureka Forbes ever to remind you of the due dates.
On the other hand, they will be extremely prompt to remind you that the warranty period is over and will be after you to buy their AMC. If they don't see an opportunity to make money out of you, they will not bother to call you.
When ever I tried to call their service center, I had to wait for 5 mins to get through to their customer rep. You will never be given a complaint number unless you are smart enough to ask them. They don't even have the basic SMS facility of sending your complaint number for you reference. On top of that, they claim not to have any history of what you have told them in the past. No recording of your bad mothing will register in their systems. Only shows how thick skinned they are. I really pity their customer reps in the call center who have no control or say on when the service engineer is going to turn up at your place. All they will do is read out a script and pray to god thinks happen somehow.
I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a Eureka Forbes product if this is what you can expect for customer service.
