I'm Krish from Bangalore. I bought Aquaguard Total SENSA  3 months back.  After two days of delivery a technical person came home to fix the equipment. Sad to say, He did not fix steel T value to the water inlet(concealed coupling) & the water started leaking. I also observed a leakage on the steel T valve which I pointed to the technician.


The Technician was in a hurry & wanted to leave the place as quickly as possible. When I asked him to fix the issue, He responded that he has to rush to other customer place as there are many installations which have to be completed by End of Day. He switched on the filter and asked me to clear up the filtered water from tank twice before use.  I didn’t stop him as I realized that he is not interested in fixing the issue.


After the technician left the place, it started giving a strange noise while the RO does the filtration.


I called up the sales man & showed him the same.  He promised to address the issue.  I clearly told the sales man to fix if it’s a minor problem, else, get a replacement as the filter is a new piece(just opened from box).  He advised me to log a complaint with call center. I logged a complaint, but no one turned up.


After much effort & putting lot of pressure on sales man, he managed to get a technician. Tough the technician was soft spoken; he ate up my 3.30hrs & left the place without fixing the problem. I realized that he is not able to diagnose the issue…  I shouted at sales man & asked him to take his crap back.  Sales man agreed to resolve the issue the next day at any cost.


The Technician who came home the next day said it’s an issue with the RO pump & that need to be replaced. I did not agree for any sort of repair as this is a new piece. I requested this piece to be replaced with a new piece.


I spoke to their Technical manager who said if the senior manager approves he can arrange for a replacement.  I then had a conference call with Technical manager & Senior Technical Manager. I’m really shocked the way the call went. Believe it or not, The Senior manager & technical manager started fighting each other keeping customer on call. The Technical Manager finally agreed to visit my place to take a look at the issue. As expected he did not turn up…


After a week technician came & replaced the RO Pump.  However, the noise still dint stop, not so surprisingly….!


The technician called up someone & with the guidance over phone he cleaned a valve that reduced noise to a greater extends. The technician left the place promising that the issue will never re-occur.


Now again after 2 months, I’m experiencing the same issue…




  1. The promises they give before sale are all Nonsense & they just want to push the product….




  2. They did the autopsy of my machine several times & couldn’t fix the issue.




  3. Poor technical  skillet of technicians & not customer friendly attitude.




  4. Since they deliver the product directly to us, we are not sure if there is any manufacturing defect or not. Even if there is a defect, in my case they are not replacing the unit. Instead they are trying to repair it…with no success.




  5. The T valve is still leaking




  6. Its still giving noise




  7. Water wastage is more.






I’d recommend NEVER EVER take a chance with any Vendor who does not provide a good support. Especially with these guys.
