We own Aquaguard Reviva RO in our chennai home. We have been using it for the last 4 years. Every year we had opted for AMC(customer id: 1007351387). Our unit is still under AMC. Till last year their service was good. They usually service the RO unit every 3 months automatically. They call us before coming and service the unit and go. Last year it turned out that we had to call and remind them for performing service every 3 months.
This year its even more worse. I booked 2 complaints so far to replace the RO Filters. After raising the first complaint someone called after 12 working days of raising the complaint and promised to call back and come. He never came back. Unfortunately I lost the complaint number.
Yesterday I called the customer service and now a new complaint has been registered(request no: 0078518290). I was promised that someone will attend to us within 24 hours. But so far no one has even called.
Next year we have decided that we will never extend the AMC. It is better to pay for their service rather than going for AMC.
I also checked about eureka forbes services with some of my colleagues and all have indicated that they are seeing a huge drop in their after sales support.
Even though the RO unit serves its purpose, its useless without proper after sales support. I am not recommending this product as the after sales service is very bad now.
