I am a customer of your company and have a NOVA water purifier installed at my home at Shalimar Bagh, Delhi - 110088. I had signed up for a yearly service contract # XXXXXXXXX on (date). My aqua guard stopped working on 02-09-2010. Since then I have been reaching out to the customer care at Neelkanth Plaza D-5, 2'nd floor Rani Bagh Sant Nagar, Delhi to get my equipment fixed. I am disappointed by the customer service provided by your company.After sending the above email, Eureka Forbes DGM of Delhi region reached out to us and ensured that the machine was fixed the very day. I was quite impressed by his prompt action.
