To be fair to aquaguard their product is excellent, but they have most pathetic and unresponsive after sales service department. For the last one month, I have called their call centre atleast 5 times. There was a problem in the nozzle, which is used to drain water.
Their service person, instead of repairing it, broken it completely and vanish by promising that he will come next day and replace it. After him, another person turned up and he also left without repairing it, saying that he did not have nozzle in store.
This is not the first time. My product is still under warranty and even last time it took atleast 5 calls to get it serviced. Moreover, their personnel never call up in advance and take appointment. They turn up as per their wish at any time during the day, when most probably we will be in office. Then if we wont turn up immediately, we can never can it serviced.
I have decided I will never ever buy Aquaguard product again, nor will I recommend anyone to buy, unless they improve their product service.
