Very annoying third grade post sale service

We are so frustrated with the service of eureka forbe that the moment now we see a eureka Forbes salesman coming with any new product demonstration to our house, we don't entertain him even for a minute. we have experience their poor service for last 6-7 years and at various places( not just one franchisee).


The service people never come at the time that is decided. We are doctors and work on machines worth crores of rupees. But never seen the the attitude that these eureka Forbes people show. They behave as if they are selling and repairing some out of the world machines.


I recommend not purchasing any of the eureka products as we have a similar experience with the vaccume cleaner. They will assure life time repair but as you take the machines to them they try and convince you to buy new model and tell that the old model in not repairable now.
