Aquaguard people offer a very very PATHETIC Service. Inspite of several calls Aquagurad people do not bother to provide any service. What you get is only the empty promises which never get fulfilled.
If you are thinking of buying Water Purifier, PLEASE CONSIDER ANY BRAND EXCEPT AQUAGUARD (EUREKA FORBES).
SUCH A THIRD GRADE Service absolutely puts one off.
I had requested for a sound card and PCB Change as recommended by the aquaguard people. But inspite of several follow ups I got only empty promises. I wonder if my phone bill (due to calling these people) would exceed by service contract cost itself one day!!
Overall the water quality has been fine, but its service that sucks. When something in the unit goes wrong, you are left at lurch for several days which can be very very annoying.

Bottomline: DO NOT BUY Aquaguard if you are expecting a "friend for life" (which is their motto). You will only repent. Instead try some brand which is not as well known, but offer good water quality and good service..
