Hi Team, This is regarding my purchase Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV  .Order no 237074163.


Our New Magna Purifier delivered on 20th April 2016 and got installed on 21 April 2016. As per Sales person Reject water maximum would be  in ratio 1:1.and in worst case 1:2. I verified this data multiple times because I am very caution about water wastage.


To our surprise and way above the specification stated by the sales person, that water wastage is 1:4, to fill 6 liters of purified water, it is flowing out 24 liters waste water. This is a colossal waste of water.


It means the sales person are telling complete lie for branding a product which is inferior in quality. In a country where shortage is news of very day.how can we waste 4 times water, and accept such inferior product.


Post installation, I asked the person to check the efficiency, he said it will take 30 minutes to fill the purifier tank. I shall fill and flush it 2 times before I can use. And sales person will come and measure the TDS. I shall call him. His job was over there.


Next to my surprise I observed that purified water got filled and by that time 4 times water was out from the filter. I measured it in a water level marked bucket.


I called the same sales person and asked him about 4 times water wastage. He is asked me to call Service support and raise a service complain. This was too much THE PRODUCT WAS JUST INSTALLED, NOT WORKING FULLY and I was in service support call queue. This sounded like a typical bureaucratic behavior and I am interacting with a bureaucratic, hierarchical organization.


I called the sales person again and should my grief, why should I call customer support for something which is not delivered as promised yet. Sales person advised me to get the service request number and he will get someone the same day itself. I give him the service request number 86755909 to wait till now.


I followed up with him again now. He was asking me "No one came Sir.no one called you" I will come tomorrow. I think I had enough.


I had a good impression of "Aqua Guard" but with this experience, in just 2 days it is totally wrong. Aqua Guard sounds to be like a bureaucratic organization to marketing strategy is to sell the box and forget it for the end user to figure out and most important sell a below specification product.


I will greatly appreciate if you could return this product. I can not waste 4 times water. I will also recommend others not to consider such options.


I hope customer care read this email and take some swift action.towards customer.and feedback to the product design and manufacturing teams. If you wish I am ready to go to consumer court. I am sure wasting 4 times water is not is consumer interest.
