This is one of the worse products with worst service. Two months my machine is gone bad and every day I am calling customer care, service manager, this tech that tech all useless.
They took one and half month doing timepass. Now they have taken the product and two weeks they are saying repairing it. Service manager will tell "Sir its done will just send now". Then puff! Again two days. One after another there have been at least 4-5 faults in 1 month without single drop of good water. Thanks Eureka! That is what I needed.More Stresssss!
