I brought NRICH RO+UV+MTDS on 28th Jan 2019. Person came to fit and just explained how to use it.After he left, my mom tried to use it and it did not work as expected.We immediately contacted sales person and he promised he will attend immediately. Till 31/Jan/2019 no show from him.


Giving useless excuses for not coming. I am pretty much upset with the service and I decided to call back the product.
