I had my worst nightmare come true when I ordered Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO+ UV. I booked this product online by paying the entire amount on Eureka Forbes website on 29th Sep. The product was delivered on 6th Oct and it was found to be not working during installation on 7th Oct.
My bad days were about to start from this day! I filled their online 30 day replacement form on the same day(7 th Oct evening) and their pick up was done on 13 th Oct. Guess what, I haven’t received the new product yet and worse there has not been a single follow-up from the customer care as to when I can expect my replacement. I am not even sharing the details of the number of calls, emails I have shared with their customer care in the last 1 week, but not even a single follow-up from them. Their customer care is confused and not sure of the procedures which are followed in case of a replacement. I have even escalated this issue to what they call is their second level of complaint, but no luck so far.
