Bought this product on Tuesday 7th July from a counter outside the apartment. The product was delivered in 2 days as promised by the people.
But on Thursday after the installation people left without any demo or TDS display of the product.
After the first filling of tank the product started leaking and after repeated calls unanswered to the Sales team I finally received the technician number who fixed the product. Same Night he came and the problem was solved.
Again on Friday the product started leaking and I called the technician and he referred me to another technician and am following up still. The sales team picks the call till you select the product and they call you till you buy, post which they just don't care. No calls were answered by them.
The product has a lot of scratches on it, doubting if its a new product as well. The leak might just prove the point I guess.Really Bad experience and frustrating.
